1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Pisonex software or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pisonex provides internet café management software that runs on local hardware (Raspberry Pi or Orange Pi) and an optional cloud dashboard. The Service includes PC monitoring, session management, coin slot control, revenue tracking, and related features.
3. License
Pisonex grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on hardware you own or control, subject to the license tier you have purchased. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the software without prior written consent.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Payment and Refunds
All fees are stated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are due at the time of purchase. Licenses are non-refundable once activated. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Share or resell license keys without authorization
7. Limitation of Liability
Pisonex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue or data.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and license if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
