Is the PC license really a one-time payment?
Yes. PC licenses are lifetime — pay once per PC, no recurring fees. You own the activation forever.
What's the difference between a PC license and a Server license?
The PC license activates the Pisonex client software on each café PC. The Server license activates the Pisonex server software on your Raspberry Pi or Orange Pi, which is the central hub your PCs connect to. Both are one-time purchases — you need both for a fully managed setup.
Are volume discounts applied automatically?
Yes. When you buy 6 or more PC licenses, the price drops to ₱450 per PC automatically. At 30+, it drops to ₱350 per PC.
Can I use GCash or bank transfer to pay?
Yes. We accept GCash, bank transfers, and other local payment methods via our payment partner, as well as manual payment with reference number verification.
Do I need internet on every PC?
No. Only the Pisonex server (Raspberry Pi / Orange Pi) needs internet. The café PCs connect to the server over your local network.
Can I add more PCs later?
Yes. You can purchase additional PC licenses at any time from your dashboard. The volume discount applies based on the total quantity you buy per order.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Pisonex includes a free trial period so you can test the software before purchasing a license.
