What is a centralized PisoNet server?

A centralized PisoNet server is one server — running on a Raspberry Pi or Orange Pi — that controls every PC in your café. With Pisonex, all café PCs connect to this single central server over your local network, so sessions, coin slots, timing, and revenue are managed centrally from one dashboard instead of PC by PC.

Is the Server license really a one-time payment?

Yes. The Server license is lifetime — pay once, no recurring fees. You own the activation forever. Updates are free for life.

Do I need a license for each café PC?

No. Only the Pisonex server needs a license. The Pisonex client software running on each café PC is free to install on as many machines as you want — they just connect to your licensed server.

How is this different from per-PC PisoNet software?

Most PisoNet software charges per PC, so adding machines means buying more licenses. Pisonex flips that — one license for the central server covers your entire café, no matter how many PCs you add later.

Can I use GCash or bank transfer to pay?

Yes. We accept GCash, GoTyme, bank transfers, and other local payment methods via Xendit, as well as manual payment with reference number verification.

Do I need internet on every PC?

No. Only the Pisonex server (Raspberry Pi / Orange Pi) needs internet. The café PCs connect to the server over your local network.
