How does the pre-order work?

Pay the ₱5,500 downpayment via GCash or GoTyme and submit the reference number. Once we verify it, we build and test your unit (about 7 days). Before shipping, you pay the balance plus the LBC shipping fee — you can track every step in your dashboard.

How much is shipping?

We ship via LBC, door-to-door or for pick-up at your nearest LBC branch. The fee depends on your location; we confirm the exact amount when your downpayment is verified, and you pay it together with the balance.

How many PCs can I connect?

Unlimited. Install the free Pisonex client on every café PC and they all connect to the kit over your local network — no per-PC fees.

Is the license included?

Yes — a lifetime Pisonex Server License is included and pre-activated. It also appears in your dashboard under Licenses.

What's covered by the warranty?

1-year warranty on the board, SD card, coinslot and power supply against factory defects. Message us on Facebook and we'll help you troubleshoot or arrange a replacement.

I already have an Orange Pi One. Can I buy just the software?

Yes. The Server License alone is ₱799 one-time — follow our Orange Pi setup guide to build it yourself.
