• Account data: your name, email address, and hashed password when you register
• License data: license keys, device hardware fingerprints, and activation records
• Usage data: PC session counts, earnings totals, and device ping timestamps sent by your local Pisonex server
• Payment data: transaction references and amounts (we do not store full card numbers — payments are processed by Xendit)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Pisonex Service
• To verify license activations and prevent unauthorized use
• To display your café earnings and device status on the dashboard
• To process payments and send transaction confirmations
• To respond to support inquiries

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

• Xendit — our payment processor, for handling transactions
• Neon — our database provider, where account and license data is stored
• Google Analytics — for aggregated, anonymized website usage statistics
• Law enforcement or regulators, if required by applicable law

4. Data Security

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and never in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure — use a strong, unique password for your account.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and license data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes.

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and general traffic patterns) so we can improve the Service. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and may collect information such as your IP address, device, and browsing activity on Pisonex.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also update your name directly from your account settings.

8. Children's Privacy

Pisonex is intended for café owners and business operators. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
